Visha Kudhail is a global marketing leader with a career in leadership roles at some of the world's iconic tech brands, including Pinterest, Google, YouTube and Square UK. She has led marketing campaigns that drove business growth, cultural relevance and brand trust. She started her career in TV at Thinkbox, a trade marketing body for commercial TV in the UK.
At Pinterest, she created the business marketing function and led marketing across EMEA. At Google and YouTube, she focused on industry brand and reputation. At Square UK, she led brand marketing. She received recognition as a BIMA 100 Champion for Change and received the top prize for Best Leader in Marketing, Brand at the 2022 Global Women in Marketing Awards. She supports inclusion initiatives and co-founded the FUTURES Network for women in the UK, launched the EMEA chapter of Women at Pinterest and served as Pinterest’s Global Executive Sponsor. She sits on the Executive Committee Board for Soho House, the Development Advisory Board for Somerset House and chairs the DMA Media Council. She also created and hosted Behind the Face of Success, a podcast with authentic and unfiltered stories behind achievement featuring guests from TV, film, creative and tech industries.
